Vitozza is a rock settlement among the largest in Italy, there are about two hundred caves located in a beautiful park, on a hill overlooking the the River Lente.
The paths of the archaeological park will lead you to discover cave settlement composed of caves, Etruscan columbaria and the remains of a village built in the Middle Ages. The area where there is Vitozza was inhabited since early history,in fact we can still recognize circular hole that housed the poles of the first housing.
